A cosmetic surgery procedure mainly dominated by women. An arm lift involves removing excess skin and fatty tissue from underneath the arm. Otherwise known as a male breast reduction. This cosmetic surgery procedure is when fatty tissue and excess skin is removed from around the chest area. Similarly to female breast surgery patients, this can have a psychological effect on the patient as some men see this as a real imperfection.
